He said just last Wednesday (and god forbid the concept of him even serving one term become a reality) that ”By the end of [his] second term [in 2012], we will have the first permanent base on the moon. And it will be American.”
But wait; there’s more.
He did not…
Except it’s impossible because space can’t be “territorised” by any country. Space is free. It just can’t happen. I still wish for a lunar base. You know, the one that should be Euro-Russo-American. Just saying.
